Theatre Severn, Shrewsbury

Shrewsbury’s prestigious new theatre, is now complete and on the banks of the River Severn with Willmott Dixon as the main contractor and Carr & Angier as the theatre consultants. Willmott Dixon had appointed Centre Stage Engineering as the stage engineering contractor responsible for the design and installation of the Spiralift-driven forestage elevator, air powered seating wagons, safety curtain, counterweight flying systems for the main and studio theatres and ancillary items of stage equipment.

 

 

 

Wexford Opera House, Ireland

Designed, manufactured and installed two double-deck forestage elevators with Spiralift transmission systems, safety curtain, counterweight flying system and motorised hoists as specified by Carr & Angier, theatre consultants.
